New Construction Public Spaces Atrium Green Features

Having been housed in temporary rental space for years, the Whitemarsh Township Authority needed their own building to accommodate their growing needs. What will be the public face for the Whitemarsh Authority, the purposeful design includes not only offices, but meeting and public spaces filled with abundant daylight in the central atrium. The space is designed to provide public access to certain areas while separating the private office functions. Maintenance-free exterior cladding and solar panels add both practical and sustainable features.
