Public Facing Renovation New Parking Passageway Wayfinding

Faced with road widening project that would consume most of their parking lot along the street, this small shopping center needed to move their parking to the rear of the center while still having a public face on the heavily travelled road. The design anticipates removing one of the center stores to create a lively passageway, with many stores having their entrances along the passageway, convenient to the rear parking. Parapets will be raised to give more presence to the shopping center with new design and colors including directional signage to the rear parking lot.
