Additions and Renovations Assisted Living Skilled Nursing Sustainable Design

With a history of working together more than 20 years, projects for Meadowood Senior Living have included dining and sunroom additions, pool, porte cochere, a memory care facility, and recently a major addition and renovations to the existing Health Care Center that provides private rooms and common space for skilled nursing and assisted living. Sustainable design strategies utilized daylighting, rainwater collection, natural ventilation, and green products including low-flow plumbing fixtures, Energy Star appliances, and finishes with recycled content.
