Office Renovation Phasing Interior Design Kitchen Upgrade

After twenty-two years in the same suite and with a corporate merger, the leadership in the Blue Bell, Pa. location knew their office needed a new look, including reorganization and updated interior design. The goal of the renovation was to attract and retain young talent coming out of college with a dynamic workspace and upgraded amenity spaces. The team room where the newest accountants work was opened and expanded to accommodate more new hires. The administrative assistant work stations were relocated and centralized, the kitchen upgraded and enlarged, and the conference space enhanced and moved adjacent to a refreshed lobby. The project is phased so that staff can continue to work during renovations.
