Deborah Seitz, AIA, LEED AP Homes

Deborah approaches each project with the same goal – to create the most suitable design for the intended occupant, climate, community, budget, client, and the available craft. Her listening skills and ability to engage in hearty discussions to meet collective goals has resulted in strong client relations with both long – standing and new clients.

Her portfolio includes a blend of new and renovation programs with an emphasis on market rate residential, affordable housing, and senior living. Although varied in nature, each has complex social and organizational components, challenging building code issues, and unique funding structures.

Deborah received her Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and continued advancing her interest in sustainability by achieving LEED AP Homes certification and is a member of US Green Building Council and Green Building United. Additional affiliations include the American Institute of Architects (AIA), SAGE, LeadingAge PA, Women in Housing Finance PA, and Women Business Enterprise Center East.

Little known fact: Deborah stays in motion as much as possible via bicycles, hiking, yoga, ice skating, skiing and SCUBA diving.
