Another affordable housing choice for seniors is coming soon to Lansdowne, PA. Simpson Senior Services broke ground on June 6, 2019 for Simpson Gardens II, the second phase of a PA LIHTC housing project with 41 units designed for seniors. Included in the building is a new home for The Garden Church. The project met Enterprise Green standards. Lenhardt Rodgers is proud to help deliver this project for this community.
