Shepherd’s Crossing
We are continuing with the next phase of the masterplan we created with Christ’s Home several years ago. The new work includes additional cottages, an expansion to their existing dining services and meeting hall, and more independent living apartments with additional amenity spaces.

Helping a fantastic forward-thinking congregation and leadership team re-think their spaces planning with a fresh new design to encourage and support their people and ministry while retaining the important details of this historic building.
Simpson Gardens
Moving along on phase 2 located in Lansdowne, PA. This PFHA tax credit project phase will provide 41 affordable apartments for seniors along with on site management, amenity spaces, and a worship space for The Garden Church.
